Heather Custom Creation wants to maintain a positive, safe, respectful, and professional experience for both the talent and the user.
By registering, the User agrees to provide true and accurate information as prompted on the registration form.
The User will not use a false identity or provide any false or misleading information.
The User must be at least 18 years or older to submit a session request.
The User will not participate in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
The User will not stalk or harass the Celebrity.
Heather Custom Creation prohibits certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful. If a User behaves in any manner which Heather Custom Creation deems inappropriate, they may be banned from the site and have their access to schedule further video call requests terminated.
The User may request a video call by using valid card payment. Upon payment completion, Heather Custom Creation will place a pre-authorized hold on the User’s card, and once the Zoom session is complete, the card will be charged in full.
If there are technical issues and the Talent is unable to connect, the Heather Custom Creation will work with the User to reschedule the session, free of charge to the User.
Heather Custom Creation reserves the right to cancel the User’s video session if your payment method is declined or the User has previously been banned from the site for any reason.
The User and Heather Custom Creation agree to handle and resolve any disputes between User and Heather Custom Creation instead of through court proceedings.
The User acknowledges and agrees Heather Custom Creation may change or discontinue any aspect of our Site at any time, without notice to the User.

• Talent is not subject of a nondisclosure
• The user is advised to not share any intellectual property or trade secrets with the Talent.
• Talent is not representative of Heather Custom Creation
• Statements made by the Talent are not supported by the Company
• All video calls will be recorded for Quality Assurance purposes
• All Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the video call
• A proper Code of Conduct is required for all calls: Heather Custom Creation.com has a zero-tolerance policy of foul language, banter, and immature or wrongful acts during a Zoom session. Participants will be banned from the platform if improper language is used or disparaging acts are performed.
