All appointments can be canceled by the User when requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for a future session credit, a refund will not be provided.

If the User fails to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and misses the session, it will not be refunded nor rescheduled. The User will have to submit a new form and payment on the site.

Refunds will not be provided for any booked sessions. A reschedule will be honored if it is requested prior to 24 hours in advance, and a future credit will be offered if the session is canceled prior to 24 hours in advance.
